An application that facilitates the diagnosis of patients of selected medical facilities through the use of innovative solutions, such as artificial intelligence combined with the knowledge and experience of doctors of many specialties who participated in its creation. Through it, patients provide health professionals with information that is a kind of preliminary medical interview.Based on the information provided by the patient, the patient is directed to one of three paths:pre-medical advice with the option of arranging a teleconsultation/visit - stable condition not requiring immediate consultation, mild symptoms;urgent visit - arranging a visit to a health care facility;life-threatening condition - it is necessary to notify the emergency services using the emergency number 112.Pre-medical advice will help the Patient to choose appropriate remedies at the initial stage of the disease, he will not have to directly use the services of a stationary healthcare facility.The application contains hints on the scope of tests that the Patient should perform before visiting the doctor, if, based on the initial analysis of symptoms, the system determines that tests are indicated.The application user will be able to arrange a doctors appointment / teleconsultation (NFZ or privately), as well as his charges and cancel appointments. Using the application, the user will also be able to apply for a referral for tests / to a specialist, issuing a repeatable prescription and making an appointment for a vaccination visit. In addition, the option to view details of visits, notifications about them, edit user data, add / remove charges / change password / log out of the application will be available.After installation, the user should register an account, confirm it by e-mail, approve the regulations and consents and log in. In order to use the full functionality of the application, he should verify his account during a personal visit to a primary healthcare facility (POZ).
